Next you pick your favorite add-on's: Beecher's cheese, cream cheese, caramelized onions, chili con-carne, or gluten free bun. Then you choose your condiments: apple cider sauerkraut, diced onions, dill relish, sweet relish, jalapenos, cucumber relish, German curry sauce, jalapeno hornet sauce, ketchup, or mayonnaise. Next you pick your favorite mustard to put on it: classic yellow, backyard brat, smoky garlic onion, champagne honey, spicy brown, chipotle, sweet & hot, or dirty face amber beer.
